If you've had ads that seem to track you across the Internet, you're not alone.
Some companies are beginning to target customers that look at an ad on their website. If that customer doesn't buy, an email will follow that customer all over other web sites. The practice is called "retargeting" and sellers say it's effective. But retargeting has its share of critics, that say there may be concerns about privacy that -may- need to be addressed with regulations.
