Kyle grew up in Dry Creek, Louisiana. He joined the KALB family in January of 2017. He is currently a videographer and web analyst.
Kyle started his love for media and cameras at the age of 9 when he joined his church media team running a camera. By the time Kyle graduated from East Beauregard High School he had produced three 20-minute films highlighting his school’s athletic programs and senior classes.
From there, he attended Louisiana College working toward both a Convergence Media and Technical Theatre Degree. As a freshmen, he joined Voices of Louisiana College as a Sound Operator and Equipment Manager. After three years, he left Louisiana College to attend McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
While in Lake Charles, Kyle worked for PepsiCo under the Frito-Lay Brand, Pinnacle Entertainment at L’auberge Casino Resort, and at Martin GMC. Ultimately his love for media brought him back to Cenla where he has no plans of looking back.
Kyle spent six summers (2009-2014) working at Dry Creek Baptist Camp where he met his future wife in the summer of 2011 while washing dishes. They got married in March 2016. They have a rescued chocolate lab named Penny.
Kyle is excited to be a member of the KALB family and is looking forward to having a lifelong career in broadcast and the opportunities that come his way.
