Grant Parish traffic stop leads to arrests on drug charges

GRANT PARISH, La. (GPSO) - A traffic stop by Grant Parish Sheriff’s Corporal Dan McClung led to the arrest of a Dry Prong man and a Pollock woman for drugs.

The driver, Terry Bilbo, was wanted for felony charges including drug charges and told Cpl. McClung that he had more drugs in the vehicle. The passenger also told Cpl. McClung that she had drugs.

Terry Bilbo, 40, of Dry Prong, was arrested for possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), possession of C.D.S. I (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, felony probation violation, and outstanding warrants for possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and illegal carrying of weapons.

Thelma Garbrecht, 51, of Pollock, was arrested for possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), possession of synthetic marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
