NSU donates supplies to help University of Louisiana at Lafayette students

NATCHITOCHES, La. (NSU) - Student affairs staff from Northwestern State University delivered supplies to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to help students who were impacted by the recent floods in south Louisiana.

NSU staff provided food, water, toiletries, bedding sets and other items to help UL Lafayette students. Since the floods, Northwestern State students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends have donated through the university’s website and social media to help NSU students who suffered losses in the floods. University officials have worked for the past several weeks to meets the needs of Northwestern State students. Once all students in need received assistance, NSU reached out to other Louisiana institutions whose students needed additional help.
