Stumble It!A pair of brothers from Florida is under arrest in Natchitoches, following what appears to have been an underage sexual encounter with a 14 year old girl one of the brothers met over the internet.
18-year-old Brandon Rising is charged with one count of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile and his brother, 21-year-old Daniel Rising has been charged with one count of Contributing to the Delinquency of Juveniles.
Natchitoches police say the two, who are from Orlando, Florida met the 14-year-old who is from Mansfield over the internet. They drove there to meet her and then took her to a hotel in Natchitoches were 18-year-old Brandon is alleged to have had sex with her.
Later, the girl’s mother alerted police in Mansfield, claming her daughter had been raped. But after the mother was referred to Natchitoches Police Department, they determined the incident was in fact consensual, although illegal. The brothers have Ben placed into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center.
