Stumble It!A high school janitor in a Saint Landry Parish school is in jail charged with sexual battery on a student. Forty-two-year-old Joseph Marvin Richard, Sr. is accused of inappropriate behavior with at student at Northwest High School.
Richard is charged with two counts of sexual batter and simple battery.
