The third grade classes at Our Lady of Prompt Succor School are learning a lot about Louisiana history.  They held their “Louisiana Day Celebration” where they got to eat some delicious Louisiana crawfish and cracklins.  They also received the chance of showcase their Louisiana school projects modeled after Louisiana Festivals.
