From The Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office:
According to Sheriff Charles F. Wagner Jr., the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office Metro Narcotics Unit in conjunction with the Louisiana Methamphetamine Task Force have made more arrest of individuals in possession of crystal methamphetamine. Operation Meth Cloud is the continued operation that has been put in place to disrupt the trafficking of methamphetamine in Rapides Parish. Sheriff Wagner believes that this operation has so far been successful and has instructed his deputies to continue with Operation Meth Cloud with the hopes of eradicating methamphetamine within Rapides Parish.

Charges: Possession CDS II, Possession Drug Paraphernalia
Arrestee: Desiree L. Guillory, 34 years of age, 104 Rapides Station Road, Boyce
Charges: Possession CDS II, Possession Drug Paraphernalia
Arrestee: Helena Spadaro, 41 years of age, 1100 Highway 71, Lecompte
Charge: Possession CDS II with Intent to Distribute
Arrestee: Trista N. Goleman, 27 years of age, 138 Goodman Road, Elmer
Charges: Possession CDS II, Possession Drug Paraphernalia
