APD Detectives arrested Tonisha Jones, 22, of Alexandria and charged her with 1 count of Cruelty to the Infirm.
The arrest follows an April 19, 2011 Investigation, where Jones allegedly battered someone under her care while working at a local Mentally Handicapped Training Center. A warrant was issued for Jones back on May of 2011. Jones was booked into the Rapides Parish Jail on the above charges.
This case is still under investigation and no other details are being released.
