Ryan Workman

Ryan was born in northern Virginia and raised in Denver, Colorado. He has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Northern Colorado.
He was also selected as one of two students to shoot and produce a documentary on location at Plettenberg Bay, South Africa, along with being selected to attend the Telluride Film Festival's Student Symposium.
Ryan comes to KALB with more than 5 years of experience in all aspects of broadcast news and documentary film. Several of his films were selected to be screened in local Colorado film festivals.
Ryan produces the NewsChannel 5's 6pm and 10pm newscasts.
He joined News Channel 5 in the summer of 2011, after graduating with honors from the University of Northern Colorado.
Ryan is a skier and outdoors athlete that enjoys everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
In the summer, you will find him hiking and mountain biking all across the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.
