The No. 25 LSU softball team has moved Wednesday's tilt with Florida State to April 17 due to the threat of inclement weather in Southeast Louisiana as announced by head coach Beth Torina. First pitch will remain at 6 p.m.
Season ticket holders will be able to use their original Florida State tickets for admission to the April 17 contest.
LSU (2-2) split its four games to open the 2012 season at the Tiger Classic last weekend. Rachele Fico picked up both wins in the circle and tossed 13 scoreless innings. Offensively, Juliana Santos paced the Tigers with four RBIs.
