Northwestern State softball's Saturday game against UL-Lafayette at the ULL Mardi Gras Invitational has been cancelled due to heavy rainfall.
The Lady Demons will resume their game against #25 North Carolina at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. The game had previously been started Friday evening, but was postponed with a 0-0 score after four innings when the rain started to pour down.
The remaining schedule on Sunday is still to be determined.
