Hunger Games Premieres in Cenla

ALEXANDRIA---The sci-fi fantasy movie Hunger Games has arrived today at The Grand 14 - Alexandria on North Mall Drive with a huge following of local moviegoers.

The film is based on the Suzanne Collins' young-adult novel about a post-apocalyptic society.

The two-hour movie, featuring teen sensation and Oscar-nominated actress Jennifer Lawrence, focuses on 16-year old Katniss Everdeen. She volunteers in her younger sister's place to enter the games, and is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts along with the mentorship of victor Haymitch Abernathy when she's potholed against the skilled Tributes who have prepared for these games their entire lives.
