This burger is a great treat for a backyard bbq. All great burgers start with great meat. We chose to make ours with half ground sirloin and half ground chuck for superior flavor. We love to add fresh herbs to our burgers. Pick out your favorite or whats growing in your garden. You can either add them directly to the meat, or add them thru a compound butter. The compound butter route will make the juiciest burger you have ever eaten. First, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, add your herbs and grill to perfection. They may be topped with your favorite cheese and Cohn Brothers Tomato Jam or Cohn Brothers Onion Marmalade for an extra treat!
