ALEXANDRIA, La. - A Natchitoches man will be spending a long time in jail.
According to the District Attorney Jeremy Osborn, 26, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the shooting of 20-year-old NSU student Kasey Ragan.
Ragan was shot last March during an early morning argument in a parking lot on La. Hwy 1.
Osborn will be sentenced after completion of the pre-sentence investigation, which is manslaughter and carries a sentence of up to 40 years.
