ALEXANDRIA, La. - A car crash in Rapides Parish has left one Rapides man dead.
State police say 37-year-old Joseph Lodridge of Lena was driving on La. Hwy 8 in Rapides Parish around 4:30 p.m. Sunday morning when he lost control of his truck.
He swerved off the road and the truck overturned several times. Lodridge was thrown from his truck and was pronounced dead at the scene.
