ALEXANDRIA, La. - Two people were taken to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Police responded to an accident around noon at the intersection of Foisy and Elliott streets in Alexandria.
Both drivers told the officer they thought they had the green light and the vehicles collided in the intersection.
There weren't any other witnesses at the accident and the officer couldn't determine who was at fault so no charges were filed.
