ALEXANDRIA, La. - It was a time for reflection Tuesday for local leaders across Cenla.
Judge John Davidson officiated the installation of the 2012-2013 board at the Rotary Club's last meeting of the year.
The board also took a moment at the meeting to look at the club's goals and accomplishments of the past year.
During a special ceremony at the meeting, Cindy Cespiva, president of the club, passed the gavel to the President-Elect Angela Stewart.
