ALEXANDRIA, La. - Investigators released an update Friday on the fire that broke out at the Rapides Parish D.C. 1 Jail Thursday morning.
Officers say Quentavis Woodard and Christopher Williams have been arrested and charged with one count of aggravated arson.
The fire started early Thursday morning on the top floor of the jail.
