ALEXANDRIA, La. - Alexandria Middle Magnet School is cleaning up after police say a couple of kids broke into the building Friday.

Officers say they were called out to the school around 4 a.m. Friday morning because the school's alarm was activated.

Investigators on the scene say that they found a broken window, and when they entered the school, they caught two kids, ages 13 and 15, with a bag of electronics.

The teenagers were charged with one count of simple burglary among other charges.
