ALEXANDRIA, La—Alexandria police have arrested the person they say is responsible for a Monday morning fatal hit-and-run.
Alexandria Police say they have arrested 23-year-old Andre Bayonne and charged with him with felony hit-and-run.
APD says shortly after 5 a.m. Monday morning, 47-year-old Robert Frazier was walking at the intersection of Eddie Williams and Kings Lane, when he was hit by Bayonne's car.
Frazier was taken to the hospital, but later died.
Police say Bayonne took off after it happened, but he was found Wednesday night, and arrested.
