Issues to be considered when admitting a new resident:
* Consider having a Physician and Pharmacist while in the facility.
*Consider what type of room to occupy while in our care - we offer secure unit, 4 bedroom ward, semi-private, or private room.
*Knowledge of the medical condition and require medications used by your family member.
*Know who will be considered the responsible party once your family member is admitted.
*Consider the status or position concerning a living will for your family member.
*Know whether or not the resident will apply for medicaid or if he/she will be private pay.
*The amount due upon admission to Colonial Nursing.
