What is the cost of admission for stay at Colonial Nursing Home, Inc.?
Medicaid Certified - Residents owe their monthly income: Social Security, retirement, and VA less monthly medical insurance premium and 38$ to keep for personal allowance. Once the resident is Medicaid Certified, the state will pay for the difference of the monthly cost.
Medicare Certified - Residents do not owe their income to the nursing home while admitted as Medicare residents. However, before Medicare days (up to 100 days) are exhausted, the residents must apply for Medicaid, if they choose not to pay privately.
Private Pay - Please see the office to determine the current private room rates. If admitted under Medicare the resident will be charged private rates after being discharged from Medicare.
