(CNN) - Findings from an internal review of Penn State's handling of Jerry Sandusky child rape scandal are being released today.
On Thursday, a report by FBI ex-director Louis Freeh stated that the most powerful men at Penn State failed to take steps to protect Sandusky victims.
Penn State leaders, including ex-coach Joe Paterno, concealed Jerry Sandusky's activities to avoid bad publicity, according to Freeh.
Freeh released the report on how Penn State handled the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse allegations. The report found Penn State senior leaders disregarded the safety and the welfare of Sandusky's victims.
Paterno and others at the school demonstrated no concern for well-being of abuse victims, according to findings from the internal review by Freeh.
