ALEXANDRIA, La. – St. Landry deputies are looking at possible grave sites, just two miles west of prime suspect Brandon Lavergne's property in Lawtell.
Deputies located three possible sites, but they found nothing. Sheriff Bobby Guidroz says they were working off of a tip from a nearby farmer.
Guidroz says the farmer told investigators he saw mounds of dirt near his fields.
Shunick, 22, has been missing since May 19.
