ALEXANDRIA, La.--The Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Gold, Weems, Bruser, Sues & Rundell Law Firm to provide a 5-part series of workshops on social media law.
On Wednesday, July 18, the next program in the series, "Social Media Policies for Employees," will focus on how to develop a social media policy for employees.
The program schedule:
Module 1 - June 20: "Social Media Roadmap"
Module 2 - July 18: "Social Media Policies for Employees"
Module 3: August 15: "Top Social Media Disasters"
Module 4: September 19: "Can We Be Friends?"
Module 5: October 17: "Using Social Media for Employment Decisions"
The workshops are free and are scheduled to be held at the Chamber Office from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
