ALEXANDRIA, La. - Rosa Fields, the wife of Pineville Mayor Clarence Fields, is scheduled to address the Rapides Chapter of the Louisiana Democratic Women on July 18, 12 p.m. at the Alexander Fulton Hotel in downtown Alexandria.
