ALEXANDRIA, La. - According to the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to the 1500 block of Hwy 115 in Deville.
When they arrived, they found 17-year-old Paul Tiblier and two minors stealing scrap metal from behind a mobile home and loading it onto their truck.
Tiblier was arrested for criminal trespassing and theft. He was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on a $3,000 bond.
