ALEXANDRIA, La.--Alexandria Police say the owner of RobOne Construction got paid to do work on a home, but never finished the job.
Officers say 46-year-old Robert Moses, the owner of RobOne Construction, was hired to do home repairs back in September. According to the victim, Moses was paid for the repairs, but did not complete the work.
Moses was charged with one count of Home Improvement Fraud and was booked into the Rapides Parish Jail.
