PINEVILLE, La.--With a heat index in triple digits, many people are spending as much time *inside* as possible.
But that's not the case with everyone.
We found a group of friends outside at Kees Park in Pineville Monday, playing Frisbee golf.
They told us they stay cool by drinking plenty of water and wearing clothes that aren't too hot!
The good news? The Kees Park Frisbee golf course can be played in less than 30 minutes and it is shaded.
