ALEXANDRIA, La.--If you prefer getting around town on two wheels rather than four, good news! The city of Alexandria is making it easier for you.
New bike lanes have been installed on Bolton Avenue and Lee Street.
It's all part of the city's plan to revitalize the area and spruce up neighborhoods.
The bike lanes were installed last month and striped last week.
If the bike lanes are successful, the city plans to create even more in the future.
