Man Jailed For Exposure At Walmart

LEEVILLE, La. – Leesville police arrested a Deridder man on obscenity and indecent behavior charges Thursday.

Authorities received a complaint of a man exposing himself in the parking lot of Walmart. The officer interviewed a woman who said she was in her vehicle with her children when 42-year-old Samuel Blackmon of Deridder pulled up next to her in the parking lot and began to masturbate. 

According to police reports, warrants were obtained for Blackmon for obscenity and indecent behavior with juveniles.

Blackmon was arrested on Fort Polk and transported to Leesville Police Department.

Blackmon was booked into the Leesville City Jail on one-count of obscenity and one- count of indecent behavior with juveniles with a total bond of $30,000. 

Blackmon remains in the Leesville City Jail at this time.
