ALEXANDRIA, La. - Small business owners in the food industry have a new option for getting hands-on experience in the kitchen. The city's business incubator just opened a commercial kitchen.
The business incubator allows businesses that are just starting out to get proper training by providing a place to network and learn.
The idea for the kitchen has been in the works for about two years. It features commercial grade ovens, mixers and other tools.
Those who oversee it say they're excited to see how businesses will take shape.
