Rapides Parish deputies say they approached a parked vehicle that was sitting in the middle of Harris Street.
Deputies say they noticed 26-year-old Travis Dorell Jackson sitting in the back seat with what they believed was a marijuana cigarette stuck above his right ear.
Jackson was arrested and is currently in the Rapides Parish Jail being held until trial on his 40th booking as a project 50 case.
He's charged with Possession of Marijuana and Contempt of Court Warrant.
