ALEXANDRIA, La. - A Delhi school is now saying it will eliminate a school policy that forced pregnant students to be home schooled.
The policy was brought to light when the ACLU threatened to sue earlier this week over the legality. Two girls were home schooled last year under the policy.
Delhi Charter School says the policy was in place in order to protect students from ridicule and harassment.
