Today, a cold front continues to gradually move through SE Louisiana. In the wake of this front, skies are remaining mostly sunny to partly cloudy with only a slight chance for lingering showers as a ridge of High Pressure begins to build into the area. This high pressure will remain in place through much of the week, until the next front makes it to the area. That next front should be in our area by the end of the week. As this front gets closer, expect winds to swing around to the South and humidity to return into the forecast.
