ALEXANDRIA, La--Now you don't have to wait for the bus to come around town...you can go donate blood at St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
Wednesday marked the opening of the new in-house Lifeshare blood donation center at Cabrini...the first of its kind in Central Louisiana.
The center will be open every Monday and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 3p.m.
Anyone is encouraged to stop in and donate, but organizers say it was created with patients' visitors in mind.
