PINEVILLE, LA.- A Pineville woman celebrated her birthday last month...for the 104th time! Ms. Cleopatra Reed Kay was honored Tuesday by Mayor Fields of Pineville when she was presented with a key to the city and a proclamation.
Kay's relatives say she simply loves to celebrate life each and every day. She also had the chance to celebrate the birth of her first great grandchild.
