ALEXANDRIA, La. – The NWS reported that Tropical Storm Isaac has formed in the Atlantic Ocean on Tuesday afternoon.
The first impacts from Isaac will be felt across the Lesser Antilles Tuesday night through Wednesday, according to The Weather Channel.
