Second Deputy Buried

LAPLACE, La.--Deputy Brandon Nielsen was buried Wednesday, less than a week after he was shot and killed while on duty in St. John Parish.

The procession of law enforcement vehicles traveling to the funeral started in Laplace then onto the cemetery.

The vehicles were driving under a huge flag hoisted up by two fire trucks.

Nielsen worked in the motorcycle traffic division of the sheriff's department for less than two years.
