RAPIDES PARISH, La.—The Rapides Parish Police jury is taking action to help those who drive along Cutts Road, and residents are happy to see the changes.
You may recall the road damage we showed you there last month.
Deep ruts from heavy rain and a lack of gravel caused a dangerous drive.
Since our report aired, the police jury has been busy working on a permanent solution.
That's come in the form of pressed gravel, which was laid a couple weeks ago, and a second layer was added yesterday.
