RAPIDES PARISH, La. - Rapides Parish deputies say 45-year-old Devin McNeely of Deville abused a disabled person over a period of eight months.
Deputies say during one incident, McNeely struck the victim so hard that the victim fell out of a wheelchair and suffered a head injury.
McNeely is charged with simple battery of the infirmed and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
