Neil Armstrong Dies

Neil Armstrong, the first person to step foot on the moon, has died.

Armstrong was commander of the Apollo 11 mission.

On July 20, 1969 he became the first person to walk on the moon - saying the famous phrase "That's one small step for man. One giant leap for mankind."

According to reports, he underwent heart bypass surgery earlier this month.

Neil Armstrong was 82.
