JEFFERSON, La. – According to the Jefferson Parish coroner Gerry Cvitanovich, the office has two bodies from Plaquemines Parish, a man and a woman, who appeared to have died from drowning.
The Jefferson Parish coroner performs autopsies for the parish. Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser said the bodies were found Thursday.
