RAPIDES PARISH, La. – On Friday, NewsChannel 5/CBS 2 surveyed the area for updates on the post-storm devastation from Isaac.
Our reporters saw flooding around La. Hwy 1 and nearby roads were closed due to high flood waters.
Many houses were affected by flooding, and an auto accident backed up traffic due to flooding.
Even though LSU-A held classes, the grounds were still flooded.
