ALEXANDRIA, La. - No arrests have been made in Monday's shooting of a local pastor. But, police said Tuesday they do have a person of interest in connection to the case.
According to police reports, officers responded to an armed robbery in the 90 block of Bolton Avenue Monday morning where they found two men.
One of the men, local pastor and contract painter Gene Decker, was shot at his business, and another man was assaulted.
Both men were taken to the hospital where they were treated and released. Police say the case is part of an ongoing investigation.
