ALEXANDRIA, La. - Richmond Cain Davis, who was wanted for narcotics violations, has been arrested by the RPSO Enforcement Division.
Davis turned himself in at the Rapides Parish Courthouse.
He is being held in the Rapides Parish Detention Center on a $35,000 bond.
"We appreciate everyone's assistance in this capture," said RPSO PIO Tommy Carnline in a statement.
