Brit Stack joined KALB in September 2012 as the producer of the 6pm and 10pm newscasts.
She also serves as Executive Producer for News Channel 5 and CBS 2 News.
Brit is originally from southeast Missouri. She decided to move south and graduated in August 2012 from Ole Miss with a degree broadcast journalism.
Brit received first hand experience in both reporting and producing through internships at WREG (Memphis, Tenn.) and WAPT (Jackson, Miss.). She also was involved in Ole Miss's NewsWatch 99 as a contributing reporter.
Along with being a news junkie, Brit likes to read, hike, write short fiction, sing, and cook. She also enjoys cheering on the Saints during football season and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Brit looks forward to learning more about Alexandria, Pineville, and the Cenla area.
