PINEVILLE, La. - A 30-year-old Pineville man was arrested at Louisiana College Tuesday night.
Investigators say they were called to the campus because four female students saw a man committing a lewd act in the parking lot of the girls dorm. When Pineville Police Department got there, they found Brett Lowery in his car with his pants down.
Lowery was also in possession of marijuana. He was arrested for obscenity and possession of marijuana.
