It was a fine end to the week as the early fall weather pattern continues across Cenla. Lows Friday morning were almost all in the 50s, with the lowest readings coming from Winnfield at 50 degrees and Leesville at 51. Opelousas dropped to 61 degrees.
Afternoon highs ranged through the 80s, however, Bellwood went up to 91 degrees. The humidity increased a bit today but was not nearly as high as it was in the summer.
A weak front will ease through Cenla late Saturday night or Sunday morning. Despite the front, there will be little or no moisture so no major changes will occur.
Have a fun but safe weekend.
